At Swift Deals Traders, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth buying experience. This policy explains our terms for order cancellation, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For cancellation requests, contact us immediately via phone or email.
2. Returns Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in the order
Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Product should be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (photos/videos) may be required for verification
3. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable or consumable items (if opened)
- Products damaged due to misuse
5. Bulk / Wholesale Orders
- Cancellation and returns for bulk orders may vary based on agreement
- In most cases, bulk orders are non-cancellable after confirmation
- For large orders, terms will be discussed separately
6. Refund Delays
- Refund timelines may vary depending on bank or payment provider
- If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please contact us
